THE LONG PRACTICE
Open to all. Come as you are. Four scrumptious hours of flowing, exploring, breathing, resting and enjoying the magic of yoga together. Because sometimes one hour simply isn't enough.

Sometimes an hour just isn't enough.
This is an invitation to spend a whole glorious morning doing what we love – moving, breathing, exploring, questioning, playing and finding a little more space for ourselves.
We'll begin with a long, creative Vinyasa flow, with time to investigate familiar shapes, discover new possibilities and follow our curiosity wherever it leads.
We'll weave in breathwork, meditation, a little philosophy and plenty of opportunities to pause, play and go deeper.
And because no truly scrumptious practice should end in a rush, we'll finish with a deliciously Yin practice and deep rest.
No pressure to perform. Nothing to achieve. Just four lovely hours to immerse yourself in yoga, enjoy wonderful company and remember why you love practicing.

The beautiful session with our brilliant tribe of yogis is open to everyone! There will be lunch break within the session. Connect with yourself and others. Practice with community. Expand your practice and your teaching (if you're a teacher!).
This day-long mini retreat is an opportunity to dive deep into yoga. We feel extraordinarily passionate about the power of these practices combined — energy shifted through movement, equilibrium honed through stillness.
Expect a dynamic morning practice led by Anna, inspired by traditional asana and drawing on her wealth of experience teaching creative flows that sync breath and movement, body and mind. The afternoon opens with a self-massage workshop targeting fascia and the nervous system, before closing with a restorative session that teaches the body and mind the importance of support. Gentle on the body, challenging on the monkey mind — rest practice can often teach us more about self-inquiry and meditation than traditional sitting practice.
