Now that the planets are back in organized orbit – communication and technological fires have been put out, repercussions and consequences are fading away... See the clarity that’s emerged through the backspin-induced rawness?

I’m currently reshaping my mindset on productivity. Less is more, more than ever.

As the grateful momma of a nine month old, my yoga practice waxes and wanes now, where I used to have the luxury of self-indulgence. Instead of mourning mornings that were once all mine, I’m celebrating the chiseled practice that remains. Dedicating the majority of my time to motherhood does not lessen my commitment to yoga, it heightens my intuition and empowers me to be magically efficient – on and off the mat.

Time to leave retrograde nostalgia behind and plan for the future. What will most efficiently bring your genius, power, and magic to the surface? We've got a few spaces left in our Ibiza Retreat – 13-19 October – it will be magic...
